Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, we can't make changes to your order after it's placed. Therefore, we recommend you carefully check your item details and shipping information before ordering.

Can I cancel my order or change it before it ships?

We want you to get your items as soon as possible, and so we process orders as soon as we receive them. Unfortunately, that also means we can't make any changes after your order is placed.

Will I be charged additional taxes or fees when I get my order?

Good news: there's no need to worry about additional fees or taxes. We'll never charge you more than the cost you see at checkout. However, your credit card company may have a surcharge for international transactions. Such charges are out of our control, unfortunately. If you're not sure, get in touch with your bank or credit card company for more information regarding international transaction fees.

How can I use a promo code?

If you have a coupon or promo code you want to use, type or copy it into the Promo Code box in your shopping bag page. If your promo code doesn't work, it may be because:

Can I have my order gift wrapped?

At this time we’re not offering gift wrap or shopping bags with deliveries.
You may want to inform the lucky gift recipient, so they know to expect a parcel!

What If I Never Received My Order?

If your order is past the estimated delivery date and has not arrived, we recommend contact us at contact@mrmaskman.com
If your order was marked as delivered but did not arrive, we recommend waiting 48 hours from the delivered notification before contacting customer service. Please also check side entrances, with neighbors, or in bushes to see if your package was misplaced.

Usé esta máscara para Spartan Race por miedo a dañar el Semipro o superior. Funcionó bien, con algo de desgaste en los cordones más delgados, pero se durante 4 carreras. Los cordones se atan más apretados para cabezas más pequeñas que los semiprofesionales o profesionales. El oro de la máscara base desapareció con solo agua, pero creo que ahora se ve más genial. ¡Recuerda El Rey de la Plata!

I wore this mask for Spartan Race for fear of damaging a semipro or higher. It worked well even with thinner laces and has lasted 4 races. The thinner cord and cord reinforcement tie tighter to smaller heads like mine and worked in my favor, tying tighter than semipro or higher. The gold on the base of the mask wore off with water, but I think it looks cooler now (the appliqué still looks great!) REMEMBER SILVER KING!

Excellent Quality

This is my first ever Lucha mask and I love it. It's really great quality for the price. The design is great, the materials are excellent and the stitching is very tight. I am impressed at just how comfortable it is to wear. There was a little hick-up with the shipping but mrmaskman took care of it right away. I'm glad I chose a semi-pro over one of the cheap padded masks they sell on Amazon. I will definitely be buying more masks in the future. I highly recommend mrmaskman.com

Even Skeletor himself would love this mask

As a huge Masters of the Universe fan, I knew I had to have this mask. I absolutely love it. The quality of the material is top notch. It's made from very breathable fabric. I wore it to a comic convention over the last weekend and got so many compliments. My only issue has nothing to do with the mask but the size of my fat noggin. I had to swap out the laces in the mask for something longer just so I could get it to fit comfortably. Again, that's not a mask issue but an issue of genetics and how God decided I wasn't meant for a normal sized melon. It's on my list of things to complain about when I meet him in the afterlife. Anyway, the TLDR of this is buy this mask if you like it because you will not regret it.
