Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, we can't make changes to your order after it's placed. Therefore, we recommend you carefully check your item details and shipping information before ordering.

Can I cancel my order or change it before it ships?

We want you to get your items as soon as possible, and so we process orders as soon as we receive them. Unfortunately, that also means we can't make any changes after your order is placed.

Will I be charged additional taxes or fees when I get my order?

The price you see at checkout is the total amount we charge for your order. However, please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. We are not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or delays caused by customs processing. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any potential additional costs before placing an order.

How can I use a promo code?

If you have a coupon or promo code you want to use, type or copy it into the Promo Code box in your shopping bag page. If your promo code doesn't work, it may be because:

Some of the promotion conditions are not met

The promo code doesn't apply to the items in your bag

The code expired

Can I have my order gift wrapped?

At this time we’re not offering gift wrap or shopping bags with deliveries.
You may want to inform the lucky gift recipient, so they know to expect a parcel!

Why should I have an account with Mr. MaskMan?

When you have an account with us, you can check out faster, see your past orders, and save frequently used addresses and payment methods. We'll also let you know first about sales or new arrivals. Creating an account is easy, and you only need a valid email address or mobile phone number.

What If I Never Received My Order?

If your order is past the estimated delivery date and has not arrived, we recommend contact us at contact@mrmaskman.com
If your order was marked as delivered but did not arrive, we recommend waiting 48 hours from the delivered notification before contacting customer service. Please also check side entrances, with neighbors, or in bushes to see if your package was misplaced.
