  • SHIPPING
Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes we ship WORLDWIDE from Mexico
When do you ship after I purchase?
It usually takes us 1-3 working days to prepare your package to be shipped.
 
How long will it take to deliver to my location?
Depending on your location it can take us from 3 to 4 weeks on a regular economy shipping to the us. Whoever, sometimes it just takes 1 week. It depends on the location but we can not control if it is sooner. So, Expect it after 3 weeks.
We can deliver also in 3-5 working days if you use express shipping.
 
What kind of shipping do you do?
We offer 3 different Shipping methods:
  1. Economy Shipping – WORLDWIDE (4-6 weeks). Depending on the location and the country the time may vary. It could take even less or a bit more to deliver as we ship from Mexico. The shipping to the USA takes sometimes less than 4 weeks and internationally it could deliver sometimes in the same country.
  2. Express Overnight Shipping (3-5 working days): We will use an express service that collects the item and delivers it worldwide. The express service can be 
    • USA Customers delivery time frame (3 working days)
    • Worldwide Customers delivery time frame (5 working days depending on the country and location) 
Are your prices in USA Dollars?
Yes all prices listed in the online shop are in US Dollars
 
  • PACKING
All the ítems in your purchase are CAREFULLY PACKED using the proper protection materials that will allow your ítem to be delivered at your door step completely SAFE.
 
  • RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are only allowed when the item is delivered damaged,  torn or if it has an imperfection on it. For us to work with you in the return or refund we must receive a notification of the damaged item in tne first 12 hrs after it has been delivered. You need to send us an email with the detailed photos of the box / bag and the ítem (s) that resulted damaged as part of the transit manipulation.
 
In the event an item you ordered arrives damaged during shipping, notify us within 12 hours of receiving your package. We will need to file a claim with the postal service before we can process a refundo or return for repair.
 
During this time it will be important to hold on to the original packaging material. The shipping company may ask to see it. Once they determine that the damage occurred in transit, we will issue a complete refund.
 
 
  • PAYMENT METHODS
We accept all credit / debit cards through Paypal, even if you dont have a paypal account, your purchase will be accepted and your purchase will be under Paypal Buyer Protection
 
  • IMPORT DUTIES
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are BUYER'S Responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
